Connect to another server with same map seamlessly?

Hello, is it possible to connect to a new server running the same map without a loading screen or any kind of pause on the client side? Basically reload them map but with actors arranged differently.

Any recommendations? I will share whatever I found here, but as far as I can see, you need to heavily tweak the code, the broadcasting system inside UE4 src is a bit… well… confusing, and my colleagues at Epic do not have much documentation about the beast’s inner organs… so… yeah…
