Hello, I am stuck at this part of the onboarding process. I have had this message in my dev portal dashboard since the 28th but have still not received any email for verification. May I have it re-sent? Or is there another part to this process?

If you haven’t yet, please create a private case with our support team as these issues can have various things needing to be fixed and must be done on an individual level. If you already have a private case created please remain patient as we are working through them as we gain ability to do so.
