confused with marketplace support

hello, I’m very confused about how epic games handle marketplace support.

here’s what my experiences so far :

  1. I’ve submitted a question through marketplacehelp.epicgames.com
  2. received case number,
  3. got a message that requires me to reply to some questions,
  4. still I can’t even reply to such question as epic game doesn’t provide any way for me to refer to said case number and reply to a staff inquiry

additional information that the mail sender was noreply@salesforce.com thus I don’t think replying to it wouldn’t do anything to begin with.

am I missing some crucial information or steps to submit help/support request in epic game ecosystem?
