hello, I’m very confused about how epic games handle marketplace support.
here’s what my experiences so far :
- I’ve submitted a question through
marketplacehelp.epicgames.com
- received case number,
- got a message that requires me to reply to some questions,
- still I can’t even reply to such question as epic game doesn’t provide any way for me to refer to said case number and reply to a staff inquiry
additional information that the mail sender was noreply@salesforce.com
thus I don’t think replying to it wouldn’t do anything to begin with.
am I missing some crucial information or steps to submit help/support request in epic game ecosystem?
