Confused -> AnimationBP: Rotation visible but ignored

Plz see the image for the context, basically feeding a value from the eventgraph into the animBP in the hopes of rotating a bone. I have no idea what this means I just googled for a bit and nothing relevant came up.

Ah it seems when I recomposed the Rotation pins to a single rotator input and fed it a rotator directly this seems to have fixed it… I wonder if this is a bug, I’m going to report it.
