Confused about lighting

I’ve searched around, but maybe this question is so basic that no one else has wondered, but I don’t understand Game Settings lighting vs EV100 lighting. When I Build, the Game Settings shows very bright lighting, even though I do not have lights that should be doing that. The EV100 lighting looks more like I would expect. So which is the “real” lighting, and if it’s the Game Settings lighting, how can I turn it down?

By default there’s automatic exposure which may be making it brighter than you’d like: Auto Exposure (Eye Adaptation) | Unreal Engine Documentation

Thank you, darthviper107. I’m still wrapping my head around the way UE works. I appreciate your help!
