config gradle to enable texture split

I found a nice solution to my problem of spliting an AAB by texture compression (DXT,ETC,ASTC), but I’m struggeling with following the stuff.

If I package the project in Unreal it seems to overwrite the build.gradle file in the Intermediate folder. How do I even change those? x)

In short: I have no clue how to solve this, but it would be need to save some MB on android :frowning:
