Summary
With the end of Fortnite OG Season X approaching, there are doubts and concerns that weapons from Fortnite OG might receive the same changes that lead them to become too similar from their counterparts introduced in Chapter 1

What Type of Bug are you experiencing?
Assets
Steps to Reproduce
This is not an existing problem but a future issue that may happen after that OGSX has ended
It’s about the OG weapons in the creatove inventory
Expected Result
No weapon from Fortnite OG should have updated icons, models, and stats to match the changes that occurred after Fortnite OG Season X and instead It should maintain the elements that distinguish it from its original variant.
A good solution to avoid creating this future problem would be to create separate versions of these weapons so that:
-The variants before the next OG season maintain the same characteristics before the changes so that they can remain Creative and UEFN exclusive
-Duplicate variants created specifically for the next season of Fortnite OG, without impacting existing weapons in the Content Browser
A similar approach was made for the OG Revolver, where its stats remain unchanged while on Fortnite OG has its changes without modifying anything in creative.
Observed Result
There are no problems at the moment, but there is talk of something that may happen after the end of Fortnite OG Season X, scheduled to December 4th.
Originally after Season X the following weapons and items underwent numerous changes that reworked them (note: some are not present in the Content Browser):
Pump shotgun
Burst assault rifle
Assault rifle
Tactical shotgun
Pistol
Rocket launcher
Bolt-Action sniper rifle
Small Shield Potion
Shield Potion
Grenade
Bandages
There is therefore a risk that the OG weapons could lose their original icons and models again to become more similar to their regular variants, getting the same Chapter 2 designs and becoming literally clones of already existing weapons in the inventory
