Composure problems with blending and low FPS

I’m trying to use Composure for an ArchViz project in UE5. I followed the official tutorial (so I have already enabled Composure and alpha channel in linear space) but I still have these problems.

After creating the composure and the layers, I get this

As you can see the FG has a serious problem

If I turn off the FG, this is the result: the colors are kind of right but it is almost transparent

What am I doing wrong?

Also, after creating the media plate, the FPS dropped on 30 fps and my GPU (3080 Ti) started overheating, what’s wrong with this?

I found the solution for the full white element. Apparently the exposure in the composite isn’t the same as the one in the viewport, so it’s enough to go in the camera settings and turn down the exposure.
