Components of blueprint but having transform set manually

As the subject says - I have searched for hours of the said functionalities of which I think quite important feature of any component, but to not avail.
Anyone has any idea? I am using 4.15.2

  1. The component must remain valid (Unregistercomponent seem to destroy …)
  2. Set location & rotation absolute. Well I am not sure about how to set the proper transform.
  3. Detach from parent blueprint is not available although I have seen it mentioned in the answerhub.

‘DetachFromActor’ and ‘DetachFromComponent’ BP nodes should be there. Just select ‘Keep world’ in the drop down.

Edit: Sorry, your question is really unclear. What exactly do you want to happen?
