Components misalignment with different scales

Good afternoon,
I am completely new to the software RealityCapture and to this world, I am following the tutorials on youtube but I still can’t do this thing, also because I don’t know what I need/how to write it/search it on the internet.
Recap: I need to export a 3D model of a church cloister from RealityCapture.

I was sent an .rcp file, which I opened in AutodeskReCap and then exported it to .e57.
I subsequently imported .e57 into RealityCapture, where the software created my “pointclouds’ rig” folder with 61 clouds.
Thinking that from the .e57 file everything was already set up correctly, I started “align images” without making any other changes.
I got 5 components of this cloister formed where, however, the main one (component4) has a completely different scale from the others (it’s way smaller). Also, the components are all in different positions, I’m not sure how to proceed to align everything correctly. I think it has something to do with control points and detect distance, but I got a little confused and I’m not quite understanding

Attached, I leave photos of the current situation.

Could you please help me? (hoping I will understand something…)

Thank you, have a good day

Hi @AndreaFiocca
Were the laser scans already registrated in ReCap? If so, what import settings have you used? Can you import the point cloud as Georeferenced in local coordinate system and align the data?
If this won’t work, then you need to use control points to merge the components. The scale in RealityCapture can be different for each component, so that is not relevant now.
