Components added through the AddComponent button in the blueprint cannot edit their children

Components added by the AddComponent button in the Actor blueprint cannot edit their children, but components added by the Actor constructor can edit their children.

It seems to have been raised in 2014, but eight years later the problem is still there.

This problem prevented our game designers from adding, deleting and editing components with sub-components in batches through blueprints.

I would like to ask if the authorities are willing to consider solving this problem to decide on the following actors and components design
