Component Class Swap, changing the class of a component added in a Blueprint without deleting it

A component added in a Blueprint cannot change class. ChangeSubobjectClass refuses unless the component is native, the target is a subclass, and a console variable that is off by default is set. So people delete it and add a new one, which orphans every graph node bound to it.

Component Class Swap changes the class in place, across the project. It keeps the variable GUID and name and the attachment hierarchy, carries every property that still exists on the new class, and names each value you set that does not survive. It also rebuilds every child Blueprint’s override record, which otherwise loads with its customisation silently gone.

If anything in scope is refused, Apply writes nothing.
