Completely unknown package error

i get this and i do not know why. all i wish to do is to share what i’ve made so far with a friend whom is unable to download ue4? any help is loved because i do not wish to continue if i’ve done something fatally wrong and never would be able to package the project in any way.

This is the error I see: Visual C++ 2015 toolchain does not appear to be correctly installed. Please verify that “Common Tools for Visual C++ 2015” was selected when installing Visual Studio 2015.

Ensure that you have Visual Studio 2015 installed as well as the Common Tools that you’ll need to manually enable. You can find more information regarding how to set that up here: Setup Changes in Visual Studio 2015 Affecting C++ Developers - C++ Team Blog

If you still experience a packaging issue after the fact, please provide the updated output log from your project’s Saved->Logs folder.

This was a wonderfull simple answer and it was simply correct. i like the service. and am sorry for the time wasted on a rookie. i tried google. but couldn’t get any help. thanks alot!
