Compiling shaders takes to long

I have a mobile game. When you first play my level is dark and compile shaders take a couple of minute to work. During this time my game is ugly and isn’t good for people playing. Is there a work around.

If you build a shipping version of the game, the shaders are pre-baked, and this doesn’t happen.

Probably not, as I know nothing about mobile, but what’s the problem?

Having issues with mobile lighting and materials. Dull pictures are mobile.
