Compiling 4.18 from source errors, completely reinstalled VS2017 already

I am unable to build UE4.18.2 from source, I completely reinstalled VS2017 with all necessary componenets (C++ Desktop, UE installer, …), and downloaded the source code from github again, ran the setup.bat without issues, ran the GenerateProjectFiles.bat without issues, but I get tons of errors when trying to build UE4 in VS2017 after opening the .sln.
