Compililng Shaders every time i play our game?

I tested out a level in game, our game is in VR. When i pressed ‘esc’ to go back to the editor everything went grey in the viewport and 'compiling shaders 18,000+ ’ is now happening…a few hours ago i tested the game and it did 4000 shaders…

SOMEONE, PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IM DOING WRONG…

This has been happening for MONTHS, i have so much work to do and i have to wait half an hour now for unreal to compile a bunch of shaders it has no point in compiling. PLEASE tell me there’s a fix for this.
