Can UnReal4 run smoothly as I create animation comic books/short films on the Redeon 5780 for ? Are there any specific drivers I may need to update to?

The older 's AMD Radeon 5770 & 5870 GPUs will render UE4, but how well depends on project complexity. They are below the minimum spec. (AMD 6870) so might not run all samples/games as well as newer cards.
The latest version of OS X always contains the most up-to-date drivers for AMD graphics cards so there’s nothing to update.
