A video tutorial following along with Epics provided tutorial Learning To Drive available at the link below. This is teaching how to use Unreal Engine’s new Reinforcement Learning plugin named “Learning Agents”. The plugin is can be utilized completely from blueprints and is simple to use.

Very cool stuff. I’ve been wanting to bring ML/NN’s into unreal for fun. I’m glad to see someone had the same idea.
