Community Tutorial: #Tip-08 | Unity/Unreal Engine Switching | Skinned Mesh/Skeletal Mesh

In Unity, animated characters are built using a Skinned Mesh Renderer.
In Unreal Engine, the same thing is called a Skeletal Mesh.
Both systems use a rigged mesh combined with bones or joints,
so the model can bend, stretch, and animate naturally.
Whether it’s a walking character, a creature, or a hero doing complex motions —
Unity’s Skinned Mesh and Unreal’s Skeletal Mesh
serve the same purpose:
bringing a 3D character to life through bone-based deformation.
