I know I may sounds stupid, but I do not understand this.
I’m assuming the L means Left Mouse Click? When I do the L Ctrl +D, it duplicates the item.

Hi Michael,
No left click is needed. CTRL + D is the shortcut to duplicate a selected object (or objects), but this shows CTRL + SHIFT + D.
Looking at the Right-Click menu - I also see CTRL + ALT + D hotkey to select the ‘Immediate Children’ as in Children that are just one tier down in the attachment hierarchy. - The option to ‘Select All Descendants’ is strangely absent in the right click menu though!
This is only relevant for objects in a Parent/Child relationship.
