disregard, I answered myself.
I thought there might be a special version of Rider for unreal because of separate landing page, but its the same download.

Hi,

The rider plugin for unreal engine is not available for 5.1/5.2 - is there a trick to get it installed in 5.1?

KDevelop and CodeLite are in the UE5 Linux IDE list.
