A moderator, manager, admin, or owner in a community should not be restricted by the speed of their replies or the repetition of them. If a creator gets 10 replies all asking the same question, they of course want to respond to each one - but there is an error message for posting too fast and because the responses are too similar. This makes it very tough to actively respond to the community who is spending the time engaging with the Community Page.
