Communicate from Character BP to Level BP?

Hey

Does anyone know how I can send an event from a Character blueprint to a Level Blueprint? If so, then please let me know. I would really appreciate it.

I found the answer actually. There is an old video floating around out there that Epic made a long time ago but it’s not valid any more.
