Hello, I have been using common action widgets to try and show different key icon images based on the type of controller data/data table used. I have created 2 data tables and 2 common input base controller data (CIBCD) BP, one for each of the keyboard icons i want to show.
The problem I have come across is that I cant get 2 different Common action widgets to use their respective data tables and images, only one of the 2 is used.
As you can see below, both common action widgets use different data tables which should correspond to different Common Input Base Controller Data (CIBCD)
Despite this both CAW display the same image
Below you can see the keyboard CIBCD and data tables used for each.
The below image is what is what its supposed to look like, each using a different icon.
In the windows → controller data section, whichever CIBCD BP is set first is used with the corresponding data table regardless of whatever the common action widget data table is set to. I know the issue with the current setup is because of the first BP in the index being used but I’m not sure how i can solve this. If i flip the order then both the CAW used will switch to using the outline image instead.
I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or if there is better of doing this
