Hello,

We are interested in using CaptureReality for our next commercial project. As a consequence, we are considering to purchase 8,000 credits and later acquire an Enterprise license, if we get the results we need.

However, the EULA and terms of service state that the software can only be used for non-commercial purposes. It looks like this applies to the Enterprise License as well.

Could you please clarify this?

Hi Forge_Reply,
then non-commercial EULA applies on educational license.
If you buy credits or ENT license, you can share your results also commercially. Only our Sample Datasets are non-commercial then.
