Command-Line Argument to start an UE4 project at a specific Sequencer shot

Hello.

I would like to know if it is possible to pass a command-line argument to launch an Unreal 4.27 build and have it open to a specific Sequencer shot? I have an external program that has a menu and when a button is pressed it would open the UE build to the appropriate Sequencer shot and basically moves a camera and plays an animation. When the user is done watching the animation the app closes and they will then continue on the external app. So there might be 5 buttons that would open the UE build to 5 different Sequencer shots.
