Combine animation in sequencer

Is there a way to blend two animations per bone directly in sequencer?

When both the animations are overlapping I want to do additive animation (like layered blend per bone node), but here it averages all the parameters between the two animations.

I want the Idle anim to stay intact and add face animation(which are as blendshapes) on top of it, directly in sequencer.

Hi, Have you found an answer to this? Iā€™m currently looking for how to do this as well. (layering animation sequences additively in the sequencer rather than as a mixture of two absolutes)
