Colour rendering issue

Hi,

My wall colour is supposed to be white but some sections appear very dark.
I put red check mark where it’s looking very dark.
The image below where I put the check mark should be white as the bulkhead where I drew a red circle.
Wall is one static mesh and the bulk head is another mesh. But they share the same material.
The 2nd image shows different colours as well even though it’s one mesh with one material.
Please help!!

first of all check ur light map uv and density(alt+0) and don’t forget to put lightmass importance volume, then build ur light with at least medium quality

I have the ligthtmass importance volume.
I tried changing light map res. and it seemed to do the trick, but as soon as I bake light (medium quality) as you suggested, I have the same problem.
Wherever it has blue-gray on the images below, it’s supposed to be white.
Please help!!
