Colorvariation in an Asset

Hello,
iam working on a scene with railroadtracks. Now i have my wooden material on the railwaysleepers but every piece looks like the other. Now i want a little colorvariation in each sleeper. How can i get this, to have a randomly colorvariation on each railwaysleeper? For example, in Blender there is geometry-random node. When i plug this into a colorram, then each sleeper get a little variation in color wich i multiply with the albedotexture.

It would be most logical, to make sure the all the sleepers are instances of one mesh. Then you can use ‘per instance random’

Another way, if you don’t want them to be instances, is ‘custom primitive data’
