Collisions are present, but still fall through mesh

When i view this mesh:

It shows the collisions are set. However, when i play, i just clip right through. Any idea as to how to fix this?

Do you have its collision preset to block the player pawn?

Can you explain further? I do not understand how i would check that

Sure, in the details panel you can set the collision preset, create a custom one, or set a custom collision preset directly in the details panel. These should help explain what I mean:

I did the same settings you did and yet my character still falls directly through. Any more ideas as to what i could do to fix it? ![![alt text][1]][2]

Try using the complex geometry as the collision. Open the mesh editor and in the details panel scroll down to the Static Mesh Settings and select Use Complex Collision As Simple and set it to block all like this:
