Collision Physics

Hi, I am trying to learn UE4 over the past 6 months and now have encountered this issue the past 3 days and am not sure whats causing it.

I have a character which attacks an enemy but when it hits the enemy it sends the enemy flying a million miles away or makes it jump in a random direction, I have no impulse attached to the enemy character so not sure why it “moves” when it thinks it,s been hit.
I think its some issue between the character collision capsule and the enemy collision capsule but am not sure.

Not sure if i explained this well enoug hbut not sure how to post videos here showing the issue better.
