collision on metahuman head

Yo, im trying to do collar simulation when the head of my character moves left and right. I did body and got head from metauman. Basically it should look like that: Head goes left, chin pushes collar left and when head goes back to first position, collar does the same. Tried cloth simulation but it just simulates the cloth based on the character’s movement, not collision itself (which is i believe my solution, the collision) but i dont know how to make it works
