Collision not lining up with Shape in PhysicsAsset

I’ve been trying to use a cloth sim for my game character. The sim itself works really well, but I’m running into an issue when it comes to setting up the collisions of the cloth on the character. For some reason, the actual collision seems to be way smaller than the shape I’ve attached to the bone, and neither of them actually give collision in the game; the cloth falls straight through the character. I’ve had a similar issue when it came to importing the animations for the character, where the animation would make the character way smaller. I was able to solve this issue by enabling ‘Force Root Lock’ in the animation Asset Details, and I suspect these problems originate from the same issue. I feel like I’ve tried any number of combinations between Blender’s export settings and Unreal’s import settings, but I can’t seem to find one that works. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.
