Collision mesh doesn't stay in place with vehicle

That looks like it may just be the way the collision box is rendered. Can you turn off motion blur and try again?

I have a forklift blueprint created from vehicle blueprint.
When it moves fast, the collision mesh doesn’t stay in place, it kind of shifts from the forklift in the opposite direction of forklift moving direction.
I have attached two screenshots of the fork when the forklift is not moving and when moving backwards fast. How can I prevent this? Thanks.

I disabled motion blur in static mesh (Per bone motion blur) and camera, but still no luck.
