Collision issues with mesh

Hi, I’m not sure if maybe I’m doing something wrong, as even when I tried it with just a flat piece under it I was still getting the same results… basically when I import my file into unreal from blender I get a crazy amount of collisions going off into space. almost like a spider web, Ill post screen shots as pictures and the actual fbx file will do more explaining that what I ever could. lol In the zip file FRESH.fbx is the mesh without anything done to it. and cavetest_01 is the file with a layer added for the collision, I’ve tried just faces without extruding them/ having them extruded, cutting done the detail with a unsubdivide to make the collision layer less complex. If someone could help me figure it out I would appreciate it!!
