The only problem will be if you or something else walked near those trees, you may walk through them, or be blocked in some weird way when around them depending on the actual scaling issue.
Why not just turn off collision on those instances, then you shouldn’t get these errors.
After I build lighting, I got all those errors. I have no problems with my lighting. But are those errors that important? If it helps in telling me your answer, the player won’t get near those objects. They’re just in the distance.
