Collision bug or feature?

Why there is a difference at collision detection algorithm of box collision (normal continious detection) and static mesh component (shows only moving actors)? All settings are same. Checked on a bunch of actors.

I attempted to reproduce this behavior in 4.15 but both the static mesh and box collision have continuous collision detection. So this is now working properly. I would suggest upgrading versions if your project allows.
