Collections in FAB Library

Many of us end up with very large libraries after years of accumulating assets. When starting a new project, it becomes difficult to decide which assets to install, in what order, test them properly, discard some of them, and so on. This process is often time-consuming and inefficient, especially during the early planning phase of a project.

It would be very convenient to be able to create collections directly within the FAB library, allowing users to group assets without having to install them first. These collections could be used as a way to pre-organize assets intended for a specific project, prototype, or idea before even opening Unreal Engine.

Additionally, it would be helpful if the library UI displayed a small visual indicator or icon on each asset thumbnail to show that the item belongs to one or more collections. This would make it much easier to track which assets are already planned for use and avoid unnecessary duplication or confusion.

Overall, this kind of collection system would greatly improve project organization and planning. It would give developers a clearer overview of their projects at an early stage, instead of repeatedly installing, testing, and removing assets in a trial-and-error workflow. This is especially relevant given the large amount of free assets available, which, while appreciated, can easily become overwhelming without better organizational tools.

Thank you for your time, and I appreciate the work being done on FAB.
