I am looking to integration collaboration viewer into my own platform. Is there any way where I am able to edit the blueprint such that I am able to extract the text when people annotate to send it to my backend?
Is there a way to host a collaborative viewer program on a central server and allow people to access it through the web, perhaps using embedded html?

You can layer Cavrnus on top of Collab Viewer Template. The changes everyone makes are logged into a Journal which you then have access to on the backend. The Spaces are also persistent, so they will continue to exist in your Cavrnus domain even after everyone leaves the session.
