Coding Question

Started learning UE4 and C++ but was curious about coding procedural environments…would it be a challenge to use audio traits to generate maps? For example if there is a lot of bass in the EQ there will be more platforms that spawn, and if there is more treble, there will be a lot of ramps that spawn.

Despite this first question i have another… Is this way out of my depth to try and pull off at my beginner level? Thanks for the help!
