I recently installed the latest version of NVIDIA CodeWorks for Android 1R7. I have the following problem. My game is waiting about 15 seconds on Android before it can play sound. I have 4000 files in my game and all the files are typed with Cyrillic symbols. Unreal Engine with latest NVIDIA CodeWorks for Android 1R7 can not play them on android until I rename them into the Latin alphabet. Previously, everything worked fine on NVIDIA CodeWorks for Android 1R6. Any ideas how I can solve these problems without renaming manually about 12 thousand files, otherwise I will die.
revert back to Android 1R6 , as long as there is nothing important to force you install 1R7
That’s exactly what I did. Old version without updates 1R6 works well only up to Android 7.0. I need support for Android 8.0 - 9.0. After the update, there is a delay of 15 seconds when playing audio on Android, and there is a problem with the Cyrillic audio files. New versions of Android 8.0 / 8.1 / 9.0 have playback problems and delays with any versions of old or new SDK. On PC everything works without problems.
Only works well up to version 7.0 with the old 1R6 without any updates
If you update everything except sdk, ndk, ant, only the problem with Cyrillic remains
to test you need android 6 and 8.1

You should use new audio engine on Android, check the ini settings from the Ability RPG learn project ue4 offers.cheers
