COD: Warzone - Distance Matching, In Place or Root Motion?

Hi there

I was wondering, what logic do you think games like Warzone or The Finals use for their animation/movement logic? Would you guess it’s most similar to Distance Matching, RootMotion or In-Place, if we had to use the unreal engine terminology (I suppose it’s a mix of their own stuff), but I’m just curious to what would be the most similar, as I’m experimenting with a bunch of different animation techniques? :slight_smile:
