100 Medical UI Icons - Free Sampler
A free sampler of 100 clean, non-graphic medical UI icon designs for games, interfaces, hospital-management projects, simulations, and prototypes.
Explore three coordinated styles - Full Color, White Monochrome and Black Monochrome - with transparent backgrounds and practical category folders. These are 100 unique designs; the styles and resolution options are variants of those same designs.
UNREAL ENGINE EDITION
The native Unreal Engine 5.8 content project includes:
- 300 ready-imported Texture2D assets at 1024 x 1024 pixels: 100 in each style
- One master material and 100 gallery material instances
- One static overview map displaying the 100 designs
- Organized asset folders under Content/MedicalIconsFree100
All native assets are already imported and saved. No import script or manual PNG import is required. The overview is a static preview, not a complete interactive UI system or medical application.
ADDITIONAL FILES - PNG EDITION
The separate Additional Files download contains 900 transparent PNG exports:
100 designs x 3 styles x 3 resolutions (1024 x 1024, 512 x 512 and 256 x 256 pixels).
Use these PNGs in image editors, design applications or other tools that support transparent PNG images. The PNG edition's 900 files are not 900 unique designs and are not 900 native Unreal textures.

UNREAL ENGINE QUICK START
1. Download the Unreal Engine project ZIP and extract it completely to a local folder.
2. Open MedicalIconsFree100.uproject with Unreal Engine 5.8 and allow textures and shaders to prepare.
3. In Content Browser, open Content/MedicalIconsFree100/Textures and choose FullColor, WhiteMonochrome or BlackMonochrome.
4. The overview map is in Content/MedicalIconsFree100/Maps. Open MedicalIconsFree100Overview to browse the static gallery.
If Content Browser appears empty, select the MedicalIconsFree100 content folder and clear its search and asset-type filters.
USING THE ICONS IN YOUR PROJECT
In the source project's Content Browser, select the desired assets and choose Asset Actions > Migrate. Confirm the dependency list, then select your destination project's Content folder. Keep the MedicalIconsFree100 content root intact and use Unreal's asset tools for any moves or renames.
For a UMG Image widget, assign the chosen Texture2D to its Brush image and set the display size for your interface. Inspect the alpha channel in the Texture Asset Editor and preserve transparency. Choose compression, filtering and mip settings appropriate to your target platform and display size.
Use the declared engine version; editing the project version label does not make newer Unreal assets compatible with an older editor.
CONTENT AND PRODUCTION NOTES
The sampler avoids prescription-drug, injection, surgical, injury and graphic medical imagery. These are stylized visual assets for creative projects, not medical advice, diagnostic tools, certified safety signage or regulated symbols.
The source collection used AI-assisted image generation. This sampler was selected from that collection, visually reviewed and packaged with automated checks.
