Cloud upload issues June 1st, 2022

Twinmotion Cloud has been partially down today, resulting on presentations being on a constant state of processing. We are currently addressing the problem and pending uploaded presentations should be processed in approximately one hour (20:30 UTC)

Panorama sets upload are not presenting the same issue.

As a final update, the issue has been resolved and we believe that all backlogged presentations were successfully processed by 20:30 UTC 06/01/22.

In case your presentation has not been processed, we'd recommend that you push it to Cloud once again.

yo tambien tengo ese problema, las presentaciones me marcan algún tipo de erro y las panorámicas no, es por mi compu? o por que antes si podía cargarlas. y ahora no.
