Can anyone suggest a cloud based computing company that offers a powerful enough system to run UE 5 until I get my new gaming PC built?

AWS might have what your looking for, they have AMI’s for Unreal Engine 5 as well. Works like a charm for us 
I have used Metadesk and its a dedicated service for using Unreal Engine on a cloud system. You might have to send them a email to get the pricing details as they have not setup a direct payment process on their website last I checked.
