Clothing Collision Using Character Mesh

Is there a way to use the character’s body mesh as the collision object instead of using collision capsules in the Physics tab for a character? It is so much work trying to adjust the collision capsules.

on the colission capsule set the colission to enabled Query and physics but in the collision responses set everything to the ignore checkbox.

then on the static mesh of your character set that to block the channels that you want.

Do I do all of this in the Physics tab? I do not see any of the options you mentioned.
