Cloth Physics Asset - Collision partly clips through capsule.

I’ve been trying to fix this for 4 days now. Quite frankly, this is infuriating.
Everything is setup as it should be. The physics asset only contains 4 volumes.
Somehow only the radius tip of the capsule seems to do anything. The rest clips.

Please help.

It seems the radius of the capsule does NOT determine where the collision occurs.
Only that there is a capsule at a specific weighted bone.

The ONLY other variable that does anything at all is collision thickness.

I let Unreal automatically generate its own physics bodies.
It somehow magically fixed itself.
I don’t know how or why.
But it did.

The worst kind of fix is when you have no idea why it’s fixed.
Please, anyone have an actual explanation for any of this?
