Cloth mesh is simulating but not following the character’s animation or body movement

I am working with Chaos Cloth inside Unreal Engine, and the problem is that the cloth mesh is simulating but not following the character’s animation or body movement, it just behaves as if the body is static.

I already experimented with different settings in the weight map and simulation default configuration. I have seen tutorials with clothes more complex than mine and less nodes that worked perfect and easy, what am I probably doing wrong?
