Cloth issue, trench coat tails get attached to the arms when posessed.

I haven’t used cloth since you had to import the Apex files from Maya and this was my first attempt at using the built in cloth simulation set up. But something quite odd is happening. It seems the coat tail becomes attached to the arms as soon as i use it as a player character. Is there a way to get the tails to ignore the arms?

I have the same problem, any solution?
