Cloth doesn't move with animation.

Hi, i’m running out of ideas here.

So i upgraded my Character with a new Skeleton for retargeting animations and other small stuff.
From using my own Skeleton to using the Auto-Rig-Pro addon for Blender, but it’s still basically the same workflow.

But as you can see in this picture where the hood is 100% cloth below the neck and 0% above it, the cloth part won’t move with my animations. This does not happen on my old version which is still around and working but i can’t figure out what causes this.

I tried a lot of things, but can’t find the cause for this. It’s not anything with my Character_BP since switching to my old Skeletal-Mesh works fine and using the same cloth data from my old version results in the same issue. So it probably has something to do with the export or import.
Since before i just had the hood as a seperate object within the Rig when exporting, but now i’m using the Auto-Rig-Pro export function it forces me to combine my character and hood object before exporting. But i don’t exactly see how that would make a difference.

Making the same hood a seperate actor and attaching it to the head works fine, but this way it doesn’t collide with my characters physics asset.

Any help would be appreciated.
